 TELANGIECTASIA : Telangiectasia is a condition in which widened venules (tiny blood vessels) cause threadlike red lines or patterns on the skin. These patterns, or telangiectases, form gradually and often in clusters. They’re sometimes known as “spider veins” because of their fine and weblike appearance. Telangiectases are common in areas that are easily seen (such as the lips, nose, eyes, fingers, and cheeks). They can cause discomfort, and some people find them unattractive. Many people choose to have them removed. Removal is done by causing damage to the vessel and forcing it to collapse or scar. This reduces the appearance of the red marks or patterns on the skin. For example, hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) is a rare genetic condition that causes telangiectases that can be life-threatening.  LICHEN SCLEROSUS : Lichen sclerosus is a disorder that can affect the skin on your vulva (the area outside your vagina), anus or penis. It causes your skin to become discolored, thin, irritated and itchy. Blisters and sores (usually from persistent itching) may also form on your genitals. Rarely do these symptoms appear on other body parts. L ichen sclerosus can lead to scarring, making it difficult or painful to have sex, urinate or have a bowel movement. There is no cure for lichen sclerosus, but symptoms can be controlled. Healthcare providers can treat symptoms, but they may return after treatment.  SCLERODERMA  Scleroderma is a chronic but rare autoimmune disease in which normal tissue is replaced with thick tissue with extra collagen . Although it most often affects the skin, scleroderma also can affect many other parts of the body .  Scleroderma is a chronic , the immune system helps defend the body against disease and infection . In patients with scleroderma , the immune system  triggers other cells to produce too much collagen [ protein ] . The extra collagen is deposited in the skin & organ , which cause hardening and thickening . It most often affects the skin, scleroderma  also can affect many parts of the body including the gastrointestinal tract, lungs , kidney , heart , blood vessels , muscles and joints .
