The early signs are tiny bumps or  blisters .  The  bumps may join together into a coin like shape. they often leak clear fluid and become crusty on top .  Nummular dermatitis spots tend to be intensely itchy . your skin may burn or sting . Nummular eczema can look like psoriasis , ringworm , fungal infection  and other types of eczema , including atopic dermatitis , stasis dermatitis and contact dermatitis . it can also occur  along with those types of eczema , it often  appears as an isolated  condition . dermatologists  can usually spot the condition but may  take a skin scraping to confirm  a diagnosis . Nummular eczema  tends to disappear completely with the right treatment . some other form of eczema , nummular seldom improves without relatively aggressive treatment . Ringworm and nummular eczema both cause circular patches on your skin . But the causes and treatments are different . Ringworm  is a contagious skin infection caused by a fungus. Nummular dermatitis is  a type  of eczema rather than a fungal infection . Ringworm tends to appear as one to two patches on your skin, but nummular eczema often causes multiple patches . 

HOW TO RID  OF NUMMULAR ECZEMA ? 

To help clear nummular dermatitis flare-ups, your healthcare   provider may prescribe topical treatments . These creams or ointment are applied to your skin :
- Corticosteroids 
- Antibiotics 
- Calcineurine inhibitors
