 WHAT CAUSES ACNE TO FORM ON YOUR FOREHEAD ?

Acne forms on the face , the causes is the same . oil called sebum normally lubricates and protects your skin . sebum is produced in tiny oil glands called sebaceous glands . oil gets to the surface of your skin through small holes called pores . 

sometimes pores get clogged  with dirt, excess oil , dead skin cells .bacteria grow inside , creating swollen bumps . and those bumps are called pimples.

  •  Wash your face with a gentle cleanser twicer a day rinse with normal water and pat dry . don't scrub . rubbing can make acne worse . 
  • wash your hair often . your hair greasy, use a shampoo that's labeled to treat oily hair . 
  • avoid using oils or pomade products on your hair . to use them ,wipe off your forehead afterward with a damp washcloth . 
  • Bangs can cause acne breakouts on your forehead , especially if your hair is oily.

CAUSES OF TINY  BUMPS ON FOREHEAD

There are many reason for tiny forehead bumps . these bumps with acne , this isn't the only cause . they be related to things like dead skin cells , damaged hair follicles, or allergic reactions . 




ACNE

Forehead acne can appear as tiny bumps . it may caused by the following kind of acne :
  • Comedones  : comedonal acne  happens when dead skin cells and oil or sebum , block pores and form bumps on your skin. whiteheads are closed comedones , and blackheads are open ones . 
  • Papules : pores becomes further inflamed or irritated , they can form larger bumps called papules .
  • Pustules : These are red papules with pus on the top . 

MILIA 

Small white forehead  bumps might be milia . these  bumps develop when dead skin cells are trapped under the skin surface . 
Milia affect newborns , children and adults can get them too. 

There are 2 kind of milia  they are:
Primary milia : this kind often shows up on the forehead , eyelids , cheeks , and genitals . 
Secondary milia : the skin is damaged , secondary milia can develop as it heals . occur after injuries like burns , blisters, or excess sun exposure.

ROSACEA

Rosacea is a skin disease that causes redness and bumps . usually affects the face , including your forehead , cheeks , nose , and chin .

Rosacea symptoms include :

  • acne like papules and pustules 
  • skin thickening such as of the nose 
  • visible red blood vessels 
  •  dry, itchy eyes
  • vision problems 
Rosacea is most common in women and people with fair skin, it can affect anyone.
